Ms. Reich joined Bon Secours Health System in 2007 as Executive Vice President, prior to being named Chief Executive Officer in March 2011. In her role, she provides leadership across a continuum of post-acute and senior services locally and across the multi state health system, ensures an extraordinary experience of care for those served, and operational and financial vision for the health system’s community and strategic initiatives. Her healthcare career spans 30 years in a variety of settings across the continuum of care including adult and children’s hospitals, ambulatory care, home health, neighborhood and student health clinics and long term care. Her keen insight and expertise in healthcare, especially care for the elderly, has been recognized by national organizations like the Catholic Health Association (CHA). She presently serves on the CHA Board of Trustees and chair’s the CHA Eldercare Committee, and on a local level also actively serves on the Board of Trustees for St. Anthony’s Hospital in St. Petersburg.
